This product has allowed me to have more endurance being able to increase weight gradually. I was stuck at plateau and now I’m progressing slowly. No taste so I mix it with a bit of cold water and take it as a shot before the gym as I drink 2quarts every workout session. Started 2weeks ago and wake up every morning for it before I start my day!

I lived off of this protein powder for over a month following intestinal surgery and the only flavor I do not recommend is horchata. I just used water and the protein powder in my ninja creami and made delicious protein ice cream. The mint chocolate reminds me of a mint girl scout cookie, and my first "meal" I was allowed following surgery was the snickerdoodle flavor and oh man was i in heaven!!

These products are pretty phenomenal for someone who wants a lightly carbonated protein drink that tastes amazing. The Orange Cream is a nice twist to my normal chocolately protein drink that I consume post workout. I also enjoyed the Cherry Limeade as it is sweet with just a nice punch of tartness.

It's the real deal. Creatine is probably the best supplement you can take as an athlete/lifter. Started taking this in August, and I have noticed huge improvements in mass and in strength
