Bucked Up x Alex Eubank Hellcat Giveaway – Official Rules 

The Bucked Up x Alex Eubank Hellcat Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is being conducted by Das Labs, LLC d/b/a Bucked Up (the “Sponsor”) and offers the chance to win a prize, as defined in these Official Rules (the “Rules”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1. ELIGIBILITY 

Participation and eligibility for winning the Sweepstakes are strictly based on adherence to the Rules and requirements outlined herein. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts) and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who: (i) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and (ii) following both @buckedup and @alex_eubank15 on Instagram throughout the Promotion Period (as defined below) and up to and including the Winner Announcement Date (as defined below). Employees of Sponsor and/or Alex Eubank, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant (the “Participant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that the Participant meets the eligibility requirements outlined herein. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility at any time and in any manner they deem appropriate. In addition, Participants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Sweepstakes. 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM United States Mountain Time (or, if a time change occurs during the Promotion Period, local time in Salt Lake City, Utah) (“MT”) on [_______], 2025, and consists of the following phases (collectively, the “Promotion Period”): 

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on December 1, 2025. 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

Participants may enter through any one or more of the following ways (each, an “Entry”): 

(a) No Purchase Pre-Launch Entry 

Participants may obtain one (1) free entry during the Pre-Launch Phase by visiting the official giveaway landing page, accessible at: https://promo.buckedup.com/alex-eubank-hellcat-giveaway, and submitting all required information requested.   

 (b) Purchase Entry 

During Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Promotion Period:

To enter without making  a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and Instagram handle on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Bucked Up, Attn: Bucked Up x Alex Eubank Hellcat Giveaway, 815 W University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84058.  Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope.  Mail-in entries must be post-marked during the Promotion Period and received by Bucked Up on or before December 3, 2025 to qualify.  Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.  Entries submitted pursuant to this Section 4(c) and post-marked during any Bonus Period shall receive the same multiplier applied to purchase entries during the applicable Bonus Period. 

All eligible entries — purchase-based and AMOE — will be combined into a single database for the drawing.  Purchase does not increase a Participant’s odds of winning. 

5. PRIZE 

One (1) Grand Prize: 
One (1) pre-owned 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat (approx. 14,000 miles), customized with matte black wrap and Bucked Up branding decals (the “Prize”). 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

Winner Announcement: The confirmed Winner will be announced live during the Bucked Up Bowl event on December 13, 2025 (the “Winner Announcement Date”), and via Bucked Up and Alex Eubank social media channels. 

Winner List.  For winner’s name, mail a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor’s Address, Attn: Hellcat Giveaway, within 60 days after the Winner Announcement Date. 

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE 

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, and partners (including Alex Eubank) the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, voice, and statements in promotional materials, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation (where lawful). 

By participating and accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional appearances, including but not limited to event attendance, social media announcements, and video content related to the Prize.   

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Fraud. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the giveaway.  Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  In the event of suspected fraud, hacking, technical failures, human error, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, Sponsor may cancel, suspect, or modify the Promotion. 

Sponsor Decisions Final. Participants agree that Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion. 

Ineligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries or communications, and such entries shall be deemed ineligible for the Promotion. 

Rules Prevailing.  In the event of any inconsistency between any advertising, promotional, or other materials and these Rules, these Rules shall govern. 

Release. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Alex Eubank, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or Prize acceptance, including but not limited to such injury, loss, or damage proximately cause by the Prize or by the operation thereof.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of or related to the Promotion or Prize. 

9. TAXES & REPORTING 

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the Prize.  Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the Prize’s fair market value. 

10. DATA PRIVACY 

Information collected from Participants will be used by Sponsor and Alex Eubank for the purpose of administering this Promotion and for marketing communications, consistent with each Sponsor and Alex Eubank’s privacy policy. 

By entering, you agree to receive promotional communications (via email or SMS) from Bucked Up and/or Alex Eubank. 
All communications will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and applicable privacy regulations. 
Marketing opt-in is optional and not a condition of entry, eligibility, or winning. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 

11. GOVERNING LAW 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.  Venue for all disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
