I’ve struggled with hormonal imbalances probably my entire life. TMI but I had terrible menstrual cycles my entire life and it was never related to PCOS or Endo. I’ve been on an IUD for 7 years now. First 5 years, I had a cycle every month. I’d have it down to the exact day, date and time when it would come. I had it replaced 2 years ago and have really struggled with hormonal weight gain ever since. I’ve been taking Babe Balance for a little over a month now. Taking it got my cycle back just within a month. I feel less bloated, less stressed and more calm. I’m hoping to ween off of my anti anxiety and depressants with help of my doctor. My anxiety has gone down dramatically since taking this. This is just me though, I'm not saying it will help everyone but it did for me. I call them my "B" pills because they calm me down especially during "Shark week" I feel like I'm in a better mood and I don't bite my nails as often. I've been taking this for half a year and will continue to purchase. I take it with babe love but I'm wondering if it affects it so I'm switching to take at night.

I’m almost a month into using this and I can tell my hormones are different. It’s funny but I’m more sensitive/emotional. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s new to my body and it’s adjusting. I’ll finish off this bottle and if I feel like I’m stabilizing with my moods, I’ll be getting more. I just ordered BABE Love to continue with the BABE line.
