Bucked Up CVS Pharmacy® Gift Card Giveaway - Official Rules

The Bucked Up CVS Pharmacy® Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is being conducted by Das Labs, LLC d/b/a Bucked Up (the “Sponsor”) and offers the chance to win a prize, as defined in these Official Rules (the “Rules”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Participation and eligibility for winning the Giveaway are strictly based on adherence to the Rules and requirements outlined herein. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant (the “Participant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that the Participant meets the eligibility requirements outlined herein. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility at any time and in any manner it deems appropriate. In addition, Participants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Giveaway.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 when the Giveaway Post is posted on the @BuckedUp Instagram page, and ends at 11:59 p.m. United States Mountain Standard Time on October 2, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).  Giveaway entries received outside of the Promotion Period shall be void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period: (1) follow the @BuckedUp and @CVS accounts on Instagram; (2) like the Instagram post advertising the Giveaway on the @BuckedUp Instagram account on September 18, 2026 (the “Giveaway Post”); and (3) tag at least one other Instagram account in the comments on the Giveaway Post.  Only entries that fully comply with these Rules will be eligible.  Limit one (1) entry per person and/or Instagram account during the Entry Period unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.  No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. Prize - ARV

Three (3) winners (each, a “Winner”) will receive a $300 gift card to CVS Pharmacy® and a Bucked Up Woke AF Miami/Rocket Pop product bundle (the “Prize”).  The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is USD $409.98.  The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.  The Winners are responsible for all taxes and any other additional costs not specified herein.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Each Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor (or its designee) by October 9, 2026 (the “Winner Determination Date”).  Potential Winners must be following the @BuckedUp and @CVS accounts on Instagram on the Winner Determination Date to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • The potential Winners will be notified via Instagram message within 10 days after the drawing. If any potential Winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible or has failed to comply with these Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.  
  • The Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (and depending on jurisdiction, a tax form) within 5 days of notification, or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner.
  • Sponsor is not liable for the Participant’s failure to receive the Prize Notification in the event the notification goes to a Winner’s “other messages” folder, if the Winner’s Instagram account is deleted, deactivated, or otherwise becomes inaccessible, or if a Winner does not receive the notification for any reason outside of Sponsor’s control.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

8. Data Collection / Privacy

By entering the Giveaway, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use your personal information for administration of the Giveaway and future marketing communications by Sponsor, subject to its Privacy Policy: https://www.buckedup.com/information/privacy-policy. The information collected is subject to applicable data protection laws and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

9. General Conditions / Release of Liability

  • This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • In addition to the reservations of rights already provided for in these Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Giveaway for situations that may corrupt the fairness, propriety, and/or Sponsor’s control of this Giveaway, including but not limited to: non-authorized human intervention; fraud; cyber-hacking; widespread improper Participant conduct; natural disasters; riots; war; or epidemics. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages against any Participant who intentionally interferes with and/or undermines the legal operation of the Giveaway.  In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award the Prize based on entries received up to the time of cancellation.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or not received for any reason; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; mechanical, network or typographical errors; or other errors or problems. If the Entry Period is compromised by fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway, or the Prize, and to select winner(s) from among eligible entries received prior to the time of modification or termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute regarding this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Utah County, State of Utah, and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

Except where prohibited, to the maximum extent provided by law, and subject to any federal, state, and/or local laws, Participants agree that any dispute regarding these Rules, the operation of the Giveaway, and the selection of winners is subject to the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, Participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Utah County, State of Utah having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.  By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, CVS Pharmacy®, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation.
