I’ve only used it a couple weeks but the first thing I noticed was fairly decent strength increase, and even if it doesn’t completely eliminate DOMS, it does greatly reduce it. I bought a 3 pack of his Deer Antler Spray. I was recommended by my brother to try it as I was complaining that I had extreme fatigue after a grueling workout. I have noticed that my recovery has increased, soreness has mellowed, and my libido is at an all time high. I expected it to have a bad taste, but it doesn’t taste like much. If anything it has a slight minty flavor.

I won’t say it completely eliminates soreness from a tough workout, but it decreases it greatly. In just a week and a half of use, I’m recovering much quicker than I was before and able to hit the next workout at the same intensity or better. Highly satisfied and highly recommend!

The spray is very convenient and easy to use all you have to do is spray under your tongue morning and night. The flavor is mint but it taste almost just like water. The effects are nice as it allows you to recover quicker and train harder the next day. I noticed that I trained one day with a very high intensity and was not as sore as I had been in the past the next day. This especially applies to those leg workouts that leave you sore for multiple days after, this spray helps you recover quicker and not be dragging along the rest of the week.
