BUCKED UP 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Bucked Up, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bucked Up supplement product (the “Product(s)”) you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Bucked Up 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser and is limited to the United States. The Guarantee is not applicable to apparel and other accessory products (such as gym equipment, shakers and bottles).
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please Contact Us and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to Bucked Up.
You must submit your Guarantee request within forty-five (45) days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your Product and proof of purchase to us.
Bucked Up reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Bucked Up 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
