I've tried Pumpocalypse in Miami, Tropical, and Blueberry Pomegranate- all the flavors are great but this lemonade is my favorite! I definitely know a difference when I work out with Pumpocalypse- I have better endurance and extra "go" when trying heavier lifts. I either drink it solo, or I mix it in a "cocktail" in my shaker with preworkout of choice. This Raspberry Lemonade mixes great with the Orange Non Stim preworkout! Definitely one of my favorites from Bucked Up.

I LOVE Pump! I notice a huge difference when I don't take it. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes for it to kick in for me, but once it does, I can lift more and you can see a big difference! I don't workout without it!
