Four stars because it said it was tasteless and it was definitely not. I would put it in my pre workout and it really made a very nasty flavor. I had to drink it separately in something that was so strong it was hard to taste it in. Besides that, I have noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I normally put a scoop of other collagen in my plain water and no taste or grit. So I wanted to try this one because my other brand of collagen is currently on back order.
