I only take 2 and I wake up feeling better then I ever have.. I am a night owl with a 8-5 job.. I will say it doesn't make me sleepy but it does help me sleep all night and feeling refreshed in the morning and not drowsy at all!!

I was really hoping this would help but it does not help me fall asleep and since I started taking it I keep waking up at 4 am unable to return to sleep. Possibly the B vitamins? Buyer beware! It could make you sleep worse! Last night without it, I was at least able to stay asleep.

I've only tried this one night so far, but already rather impressed. I took it 15 minutes before bed because I was running late. I usually wake up groggy with a thick fog in over my brain it feels like. Today I woke up still tired as usual, but not as bad. The biggest thing I noticed is that as soon as I woke up my brain felt totally unfogged and ON, ready to go. That hasn't happened since my teen years. Looking forward to continuing to take this and see how it continues to help me. I'm still hoping to magically wake up bright eyes and bushy tailed like my teenage years.

These are amazing. They don't make me fall asleep faster or keep me asleep but I wasn't expecting them to. They do make me feel rested the next morning and not groggy which I love.

Sleep SUPPORT, took these for a month every night before reviewing. Ive always had a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep and feeling like I even got sleep if I did sleep. That being said I didnt notice falling asleep or staying asleep any better while taking this BUT, if I got 6 hours of sleep I felt like I got 6 hours of sleep didnt wake up groggy or tired. that was weird because I usually do. Sometimes I could only stay asleep 3 hours, why? Idk my sleep has been horrible forever! Anyway even only getting 3 I didnt wake up tired nor groggy while taking these but I knew in about 8-10 hours i was going to be running on low batteries with only 3 hours sleep. In conclusion they DO SUPPORT the sleep you do get and HELP to NOT feel groggy when waking up. Each person is different but wanted to share my experience since Ive had a horrible sleep pattern/quality all my life. Definitely worth a try and I will continue trying them to see if my sleep will continue to get better with time on these.
