Bucked Up | General Return Policy
These are Buckedup.com’s ("Bucked Up", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Buckedup.com website.
- All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Upon receipt of returned product Buckedup.com will refund the purchase amount.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Buckedup.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
- We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).
