Having a high tolerance for caffeine has sent me searching for a pre-workout that would make me feel something. Perspective — I typically drink up to 400-600mg of caffeine before 2PM to feel normal. Then add the pre workout. BAMF Black is now my go to. I am not a body builder or anything. Just an average guy with a high caffeine tolerance trying to stay in shape and gain muscle. This product gives me extra energy and increased my workout efficiency. No after crash and the taste of the sour candy is rather pleasant. Side note — I typically don’t sweat when I lift weights, if I do it’s minimal. Have been this way all my life even when I was younger and in great shape (30s now). This product has made me turn into a sweat machine. Not sure if it’s something in it, or that it is helping me push harder. Great product and one of the few that works for me.
