Best to dissolve in warm water first then I add grapefruit juice learned the first time its clumpy and pasty if you put it in something cold and taste is not great but the fruit juice makes it fine and is well worth it I lift heavy for workouts and turn big wrenches at work after only a week have great noticeable results for a tendinitis issue in elbow have not had a flare up and even just did some lifts that I was not able to do since before the elbow became an issue thats what made me write this review it is amazing and was honestly not expecting results this quick or good, great product bucked up and thankyou!

Best collagen yet! I’ve tried multiple different big brand collagens, but never was able to notice a difference for the main reason I purchased the collagen, to grow my hair back. Started drinking this in the morning and within probably a week I had a billion baby hairs. Obsessed. I take this everyday in either my coffee or tea. Started using about 6-7 months ago and legit my hair has grown between 3-4 inches and my skin on my face has approved in appearance. 12/10 recommend this product. (Pro-tip: Althought it’s supposed to have no taste DO NOT mix with BCAAs aftertaste is terrible lol)

Four stars because it said it was tasteless and it was definitely not. I would put it in my pre workout and it really made a very nasty flavor. I had to drink it separately in something that was so strong it was hard to taste it in. Besides that, I have noticed a difference in my hair and nails. It’s hard to tell with my skin because the masks we wear at work are causing me to break out more than usual which sucks.

I normally put a scoop of other collagen in my plain water and no taste or grit. So I wanted to try this one because my other brand of collagen is currently on back order. This taste isn’t great at all so i will not put in my water. (Plus it foams up tremendously)But with flavor packets and with protein drinks the taste is hardly noticeable. Its still thin and no grit Thats why I’m giving 4 stars. I think thats fair. Shipping was fast and I still love buckedup products so i will buy again!
