Amazing!!!!! As a mom of 5 with ages ranging from 1-10 i usually have zero energy by noon,and am falling asleep by 7 but after taking these I have energy ALL DAY. My workouts seem so much easier and I am more focused. I also am always cold and have noticed that I stay warmer thru out the day and am actually sweating during my workout now, which usually doesn't happen until I'm done working out.
