Probably my favorite pre of all time. Makes workouts much easier and motivates me to do the “work” and leaves a positive feedback loop. It makes effort feel good and helps to know your making an impact on your body with a pump - not the end all be all of hypertrophy, but can be a good benchmark and overall + reinforcement for the minimally trained or those looking to recoup after a break.
