How do I use Pre Workout Samples?
Just like our standard pre-workouts, mix any pre-workout sample stick with water to taste and take 15-30 minutes prior to your workout.
With our long range stick pack, For training workouts - mix 3 scoops with 24 oz water. For race day - mix 4 scoops with 24 oz water. Consume this during your exercise.
Can I use Pre Workout Samples Daily?
Pre-workout samples can be used daily in a similar manner to our standard pre-workout tubs (since they are the same formula, just differ in the amount of servings).
