Does it work? Yes! Does it taste good…lol honestly, the after taste is different but you get used to it. I prefer to drink before bed but that’s just me. Definitely recommend for those looking for a good mass gainer.

Everybody says the taste isn’t great. If you mix it with 14 oz of milk when you take it it tastes like pineapple dole whip and is so good. Can’t wait to start seeing results.

I noticed differences just by taking it for 3 days definitely a bulker. The things I noticed was that my muscles got bigger and stronger and less vascular. However the only thing I did not like about it was the after taste kinda sour( swole whip) however I can deal with it if I’m making progress

Great product, I drink it first thing in the morning, then after I have my pre-workout and head to the gym. Never drink it with food, it will go through you faster than grits through a goose!

I’m sure this product does what it’s supposed to but I couldn’t get past the terrible flavor. Does not mix well, settles to the bottom of my shaker cup. For a product that costs $70 I’d expected better. Also, un unflavored version without artificial sweetener would be a good addition to your product line.

Ordered the Swole Whip because I love the flavor in their Protein Shake! I intermittent fast and drink this of the morning to help protect my workout the evening before. I can definitely tell the difference when I am drinking this vs when I don't drink it! Great Product!

This is amazing. It tastes great and doesn't make me feel over-full like many other supplement powders do. There were a few granules at the bottom but not anything a little extra water couldn't fix.

This is DELICIOUS! It is a great drink, there will be some granules left in the bottom of your cup, but that is to be expected (I just add more water to get the rest). I also add it to the Killer OJ Pre-Workout from time to time, and that is wonderful.

It's too soon to comment on the effectiveness of this product.. if it truly works, it may be worth more than the 3 stars. However, this product does not dissolve well. A good portion of the powder stays at the bottom no matter how much I try to mix it. Also, the flavor (Peach Lemonade) - while not terrible, there is no bad aftertaste or anything and is actually tasty - is not exactly what I'd like to be reaching for before my coffee in the morning (which is the only time of day that I am fasted), especially when you also get a mouthful of undissolved powder with it. Hopefully they can fix the formula so it dissolves better, and maybe add some different flavors... but I'm anxious to see how well the product works.
